- Dining area and kitchen with table and 6 chairs, fully fitted including washing machine, oven and hob, refrigerator and microwave.

- Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.

- Master bedroom with double bed.

First floor

Upstairs landing leaading to:

- Lounge with a futon sofa-bed and 4 futon chairs,coffee table, television and video recorder and french doors leading to balcony overlooking the sea.

- Two further bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with bunk beds)

- Bathroom with toilet, washbasin with shaving point and bath with shower.

Outside

Small enclosed garden with patio, barbecue, table and 8 chairs with a rotary clothesline.

There is sufficient space in front of the property to park two cars.

General

Full central heating, double glazing, cavity wall insulation and smoke alarms.

A cot and high chair can be provided by arrangement with the owners.

Bed linen is provided, but holidaymakers must provide their own personal towels.

The properties are cleaned prior to occupation and fresh bed linen is always provided.`
